2. General Information on Data Processing

We generally only process the personal data of our users to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. Processing regularly only takes place after the user has given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or if there is a legal basis (in particular Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). The data is deleted after a short period.

4. Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies that are required to operate the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or § 25(2) TDDDG). We also store your cookie decision locally in your browser. Optional cookies are only set with your express consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by deleting the website data in your browser.

5. Contacting Us

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details to handle the inquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

If you use our contact form, the data you enter (name, email, optionally phone number, message and time of submission) is stored on our server in the EU and used exclusively to process your inquiry. It is not passed on to third parties. Providing the required fields is necessary to process your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR; you can withdraw your consent at any time without any particular form.

6. Appointment Booking

For online appointment booking, we redirect you to an external booking system. When you access this service, its own privacy policy applies; it processes the data required to schedule an appointment (e.g. name, contact details, preferred date). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

7. Map Display
