Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online or off-premises within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FREITAG Podologie GmbH, Waldstr. 14a, 85579 Neubiberg, phone 089 15880714, email info (at) kältekammer-memmingen (dot) de) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email). Sending your notice before the deadline expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for this refund.

Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

For services, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and you expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount for the service already provided up to the point of withdrawal.
